All stages of the manufacturing process have been tried and tested over the years emphasising the importance of quality and careful finishing, and unlike some others this includes the parts that cannot be seen. Naturally the visual impact is important and only the finest selected hides are used, and this important stage can take up to three days to complete. Depending on your choice the buttons or studding is applied, again using only traditional sofa making methods to fit each individual stud, which can involve application of up to 1200 for each item!
